By Train : Trains to the town of Jilling can’t be taken directly as the town does not have a railway station. Trains can be taken to the nearest railway station though, located in Kathgodam. The railway station in Kathgodam has frequent trains from Delhi, and these trains will charge fares ranging around Rs 150 for the basic class of travel. Air conditioned coaches will charge fares ranging around Rs 380.
By Bus : Buses can be taken directly to the town of Jilling from the nearby regions, as Jilling has a well established bus stand and a wide network of interstate buses. Buses from New Delhi can be taken directly to Nainital, and Jilling can be reached from here through local buses or even taxis. Bus fares from Delhi to Nainital will range around Rs 450 for the basic class of travel to Rs 750 for air conditioned travel.
