Jashpur District lies in the north-eastern corner of the state of Chhattisgarh in India adjoining the border of Jharkhand and Odisha.Damera is a popular tourist spot, and it is mainly crowded during the peak season. Khurirani cave, which is also located in the region, is yet another historical spot. The district of Jashpur is also endowed with natural beauty, and there are many waterfalls here, including Rani Dah waterfall, Rajpuri waterfall, Danpuri waterfall, Gulu waterfall and Bhringraj waterfall.

By Air : Flights to the town of Jashpur cannot be taken directly, as the town does not have a proper airport. Flights can be taken to the capital city of Raipur, from where regular buses will be available to the town of Jashpur. Many flights will be available to the airport in Raipur, including flights from cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Nagpur and Hyderabad. Flights from Hyderabad to Raipur will charge fares of around Rs 9300.

By Train : The town of Jashpur does not house a railway station, and trains will have to be taken to the nearest town of Raigarh in order to reach Jashpur from there through buses or cars. The railway station in Raigarh is well connected to all nearby destination and towns, and frequent trains to the cities and towns of Kolkata, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Puri, Haridwar, Delhi, Tatanagar and Bilaspur will be available. Trains from the city of Mumbai will charge fares of around Rs 410 for the basic class of travel. Ticket prices from air conditioned coaches will range around Rs 1500. This is an easy and cheap of reaching Jashpur.
