Detail InformationEdit

In the course of the years Franz Forjan has collected many devices and equipment such as old calendars, books, magazines etc. which are now exhibited in the museum, located besides his house. The erection of the museum has been supported of the Lagerhäuser in the framework of the ORF TV series “”Oh, du mein Österreich”” (presenter Harry Prünster) in Aug 11, 1999.
The museum conveys the living culture of the locals of the Raabtal valley region which belonged to Hungary until 1921. Young and old are interested in the exhibits used 50 or 100 years ago and rarely known nowadays. The museum is located at the western village part of Jennersdorf about 200 m north of the main road.
