Dhanaulti is a hill station 24 km (15 mi) from the popular hill station of Mussoorie, and 29 km (18 mi) from Chamba, as it is situated between the two.It is situated at an altitude of 2286m, and is known for its quiet environs amidst the alpine forests of Deodar, Rhododendron and Oak. This is a popular hill station in state of Uttarakhand which is situated at a distance of 24 KMs. from Mussoorie. A trip to Dhanaulti ushers the tourists in a world marked with the utter serenity and densely grown Alpine forests having the clusters of Deodar, Rhododendron and Oak trees. The major attraction included in the list of tourist places to visit in Dhanaulti is Eco Park. From this park it is possible to delight in the magnificent views of Doon valley and the Shivalik hill ranges can be watched.
