One of the most beautiful and exquisite style building in the city of Sao Paulo, Banco de São Paulo features a gorgeous ornamental facade drawing attention despite an unfavorable location. The decor inside the structure is spectacular and coinsiding with the style it was built in. Designed by architect Álvaro Botelho in 1938, the Bank of Sao Paulo was bought by Banespa in 1973. It eventually passed on the authority to the State and presently houses the state Department of Youth, Sports and Leisure.
