Colonia Dora is a city in Department Avellaneda, province of Santiago del Estero, Argentina. It was the first agricultural colony in the province in 1900. With the Buenos Aires-Rosario railway line, it was the center of development; rooting Italian and Jewish immigrants from Europe, as well as the Creole population.
