Tauda is a town in western Eritrea. Tauda is located in the Gogne district of the Gash-Barka region. It is situated 6.2 miles northeast of the district town of Gogne and 8 miles northwest of Barentu city. Nearby towns and villages include Alegada (6.1 nm), Gogne (6.2 nm), Ili (6.3 nm), Gonye (7.7 nm), Dedda (7.8 nm), Mescul (8.2 nm) and Markaughe (12.4 nm).
