It consumes the whole block of eleventh Street to twelfth Street, and from Main Street, to Baltimore Street. it’s 30-stories tall, and uses a ferroconcrete structure evident by the design of the outside. it’s the tenth tallest livable structure within the Kansas town Metropolitan space, and also the fifteenth tallest livable structure in Missouri at 404 feet (123 m).
