San Luis could be a city and municipality within the Santiago DE Cuba Province of Cuba. it’s placed nineteen kilometre (12 mi) north of Santiago DE Cuba. town was based in 1827 on the situation of a ranch. Arrival of the railroad accelerated its development San Luis achieved municipality standing on nineteen August 1898.
