The Ballard Carnegie Library, conjointly celebrated till 1963 because the metropolis library – Ballard Branch, may be a historic library within the Ballard neighborhood in metropolis, Washington. The library was predated by a freeholders’ library within the decennary, that eventually gave thanks to a room that was organized and funded by a women’s’ cluster in 1901. With a grant for $15,000, among alternative funds, a replacement library for the then freelance town of Ballard was created as a Carnegie library.
