The village was originally known as Centerville and adjusted to its gift name in 1880. It became associate incorporated village in 1925. Among the primary settlers, the Fergerson family settled there in 1826. They still occupy a similar land settled in what’s currently the village center. Several native streets square measure named in their honor. North Syracuse may be a village in Onondaga County, New York, u. S.. The Village of North Syracuse is part within the city of Cicero however is primarily inside the city of Clay. North Syracuse is north of town of Syracuse.
