Pine may be a census-designated place (CDP) in Gila River County, Arizona, u. S.. The population was one,931 at the 2000 census. Pine was established by four Mormon families in 1879.Pine and therefore the adjacent community of Strawberry ar rapidly-growing vacation and retirement centers in north-central Arizona, below the Mogollon Rim. Pine’s elevation is five,448 feet, and therefore the Pine post workplace was established in 1884.According to the u. S. Bureau, the CDP incorporates a total space of thirty one.8 sq. Miles (82 km2), all of it land.
