50 explorer Center may be a workplace building rising 600 foot. (183 m) up from explorer and Mission Street on the boundary of the San Francisco’s money District and South of Market space (SOMA). The tower has forty three stories and was completed in 1985. Fifty {fremont|Fremont|John C. Explorer|John Charles Fremont|explorer|adventurer} street was developed and owned by Fremont Properties WHO oversubscribed the building in 2000, that was later purchased by Hines, WHO successively oversubscribed the property to TIAA-CREF in early 2005. Hines Interests restricted Partnership provides property management for this building.
