The Pine Creek Residential Historic District was designed by Thomas Chalmers Vint to accommodate Park maintenance staff, setting the fashion for smaller buildings at Zion. Placed close to the first headquarters of the park, the 5 major buildings within the complicated were inbuilt 1929-1930 exploitation red arenaceous rock, cedar shingles and polished lumber. The district includes the Superintendent’s Residence.
The Pine Creek district was one by one listed on the National Register on July seven, 1987, reference variety 86003736.
