The historic Wilson Building, placed within the Main Street District in downtown metropolis, Lone-Star State (USA), could be a 12-story building created in 1904 and checked once the Paris theatre. The historic structure fronts Main Street on the south, Ervay Street on the east, and Elm Street on the north. The Wilson building was the tallest structure in metropolis from 1904–1909 and was thought-about the premier industrial structure west of the Mississippi. The Wilson Building is located across from the flagship Neiman Marcus Building and is adjacent to the Mercantile full service bank Building.The structure originally housed the Titche-Goettinger emporium within the basement and initial 2 levels; higher levels housed offices accessed through a lobby on Main Street. Before the building’s gap, most of metropolis retail traffic was focused many blocks to the west. The success of the Wilson Building and Titche-Goettinger convinced Neiman Marcus to make their flagship store across Main Street and forever modified the city’s marketing history.
