Abasolo could be a town and seat of the municipality of Abasolo within the northern Mexican state of Coahuila. In 2000, the town had one,130 inhabitants. In 1730 it passed the name of Vicente el Alto, by Gregorian calendar month fourteen, 1827 it had been granted village standing and renamed once Independence caudillo Mariano Abasolo.
Over a partchment seems the image of AN eagle with its wings extended as a frame separated in to 3 sections. Within the higher right section the San Vicente Ferrer church is shown. A lit torch symbolizes the person of its inhabitants within the higher left section. Finally within the lower section, prosperity and contemporaneousness area unit portrayed during which a tractor driver works the land irrigated by a brook. Within the background mountains and trees area unit seen. The inscription at the highest of the parchment reads “Terra Mater”, that emphasizes the importance of the land to its inhabitants.
