The Springs Mills Building could be a 21-story workplace tower situated at 104 West fortieth Street and straddles the block with a second entrance on thirty ninth in Manhattan, big apple town. The building sits on associate L formed ton that rises to a skinny glass polygonal shape tower. One among the earliest samples of the International vogue in big apple, construction occurred between 1961-63, was designed by the design firm Harrison & Abramovitz.The building was selected by the big apple town Landmarks Preservation Commission in 2010. Elisabeth American state Bourbon, on behalf of the Commission recognized it as solely the eighth Modernist building given the standing.
