The former headquarters of the borough financial organization may be a historic depository settled at the corner of Montague and Clinton Streets in borough Heights. The Italian Renaissance-inspired headquarters was designed between 1913 and 1916 by the celebrated field of study firm of royalty and Sawyer. It had been sculptured once the Palazzo della granny Guardia in city.
The main interior area is galvanized by ancient Roman and Italian Renaissance design. The banking hall has massive chandeliers hanging from domed, coffered ceilings, arched windows, and a Cosmati-style mosaic marble floor. The building was landmarked in 1996. The inside is additionally landmarked. It had been listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2009.
