Dolbeau-Mistassini could be a city in northern Quebec, Canada, at the confluence of the Mistassibi watercourse, Riviere aux Rats and also the Mistassini watercourse, on animal product Saint-Jean. Dolbeau-Mistassini is within the Maria-Chapdelaine Regional County Municipality and is that the industrial hub of Lac-St-Jean with huge stores and looking centres.
The city was fashioned in 1997 through the uniting of the cities of Dolbeau and Mistassini. Dolbeau is found on the proper (west) bank of the Mistassini watercourse, within the geographic administrative district of Parent (not within the adjacent Dolbeau Township). The city of Mistassini is on the left (east) bank of the Mistassini watercourse at the confluence with the Mistassibi watercourse, directly opposite Dolbeau.
