Brimfield is bordered by Sturbridge on the east, Kingdom of The Netherlands and Wales on the south, Monson and golfer on the west, and Warren on the north. U.S. Route twenty and Route nineteen each run through Brimfield. interstate ninety cuts through the northern portion of the city in 2 sections.
