Seneca could be a town in Grant County, Oregon, us. It’s set within the Blue Mountains regarding twenty three miles south of canon town, on U.S. Route 395, on the sting of the Malheur National Forest. The population was 223 at the 2000 census. The city was incorporated as a town in 1970 as lumber company management began to wane. In step with the 1980 census, Seneca’s population was 285.The calculable population in 2007 was 270.
