Ponce is each a town and a municipality within the southern a part of Puerto anti-racketeering law. Town is that the seat of the local government. Town of offender, the fourth most inhabited in Puerto anti-racketeering law, and therefore the most inhabited outside of the city metropolitan space, is called for Juan offender First State Leon y Loayza, the great-grandson of Spanish explorer Juan offender First State Leon.
The Municipality of offender, formally the Autonomous Municipality of offender, is found within the Southern dry land region of the island, south of Adjuntas, Utuado, and Jayuya; east of Penuelas; west of Juana Diaz; and deckled on the south by the Caribbean.
