The Murie Residence was the house of naturalists and conservationists Olaus and Mardie Murie. Located close to deer, Equality State within the southern finish of mountain peak park, the house and conterminous studio ar currently a part of the Murie Ranch Historic District, a National Historic Landmark encompassing the Murie residence and therefore the neighboring STS Ranch, home to Olaus’ brother Adolph.
The Murie Residence was separately listed on the National Register of Historic Places on April twenty three, 1990.
