After the battle, white settlers came back to Henrietta, now permanently. In 1874, the town’s Post geographic point reopened and Henrietta quickly became the economic hub of north central American state. In 1882, the town and capital of Colorado Railway reached Henrietta on its southern facet, and in 1887 it became the western most terminus for the town, Henrietta, and Western Railway. Henrietta might be a city in and so the seat of Clay County, Texas, us. It is a a part of the town, American state Metropolitan applied math area. The population was 3,264 at the 2000 census. Henrietta is one among the oldest settled cities in north central American state. It sits at the crossroads of U.S. Route 287, U.S. Highway 82, freeway 148, and Farm to market Road 1197 in north central Clay County.
