Virden, Manitoba (pop. 3020) may be a city in southwestern Manitoba. Oil was 1st discovered in 1951, and Virden has since return to be called the “Oil Capital of Manitoba”. The city is found at the junction of the Trans-Canada road and road eighty three and is encircled by the agricultural Municipality of Wallace. Virden may be a regional service centre owing partly to its location, and it’s a stable industrial sector, as well as a Tim Hortons, AN A&W sustenance eating house, Subway, Chicken cook, and a number of {other|and several other} other restaurants, gas stations, and occasional retailers.
