At twenty stories, it’s the tallest building in Beaver State outside of downtown Portland. It had been designed by John Graham & Associates and was completed in 198. Firms WHO have occupied the tower embrace Durst Buildings business firm., WHO oversubscribed the tower to PacifiCorp in 1994. PacifiCorp oversubscribed the five hundred of the workplace area within the tower in 1995 to Ashforth Pacific, Inc. A skybridge connects the highrise to thespian Center Mall across Northeast ninth Avenue. In 2001, the building was given the native and regional Earth Award by the Building homeowners and Managers Association. In 2007, Integra telecommunication rapt their headquarters into a number of the higher floors of the thespian Center Tower.
