The Pilgrim Baptists situated at West in Saint Paul within the U.S. State of Gopher State is that the building that homes the primary Black Baptist congregation in Saint Paul. The congregation was supported on Nov fifteen, 1866 by Reverend Henry Martyn Robert Hickman and a gaggle of at liberty slaves from frontiersman County, Missouri. They were black up the Mississippi on the steamer War Eagle with the assistance of Union troopers and also the Underground Railway. This building, that is listed on the National Register of Historic Places was in-built 1928.
