Robert vale Owen Memorial may be a public design set at the south entrance of the Indiana Statehouse on Washington Street in Indianapolis, Indiana. The memorial was dedicated to the state of Indiana in 1911 in honor of the politician parliamentarian vale Owen (1807–1877). The bronze portrait bust by Indiana creator Frances Goodwin has been missing on this memorial since 1970. The remaining memorial pedestal is created from 3 stone blocks. The highest pedestal includes a ceremony plaque.
The two hundred pound bronze bust is within the likeness of a bearded parliamentarian vale Owen. The portrait bust Sat on the highest of the pedestal, within the center, facing the south entrance of the Statehouse. Presently, the bust is missing. The remaining memorial pedestal consists of 3 stone blocks and stands seventy inches high. Very cheap block is forty five.5 inches wide, 42.5 inches deep, and ten inches tall. The center block measures 32″ x twenty eight.5″ x 10″. The highest block is 24″ x twenty one.5″ x 50″ . A memorial plaque is targeted on the face within the middle of the highest block and measures 20″ x 24″.
