Corydon’s history dates to the War of American Independence, once the realm was captured by patron saint Rogers Clark from a people, transferral it underneath the management of the fledgling u. S.. Corydon may be a city in Harrison administrative district, Harrison County, Indiana, u. S., supported in 1808, and is thought as Indiana’s Diamond State Capital. Once Vincennes, Corydon was the second capital of the Indiana Territory from First of May, 1813, till December eleven, 1816. Once statehood, the city was the capital of Indiana till Jan ten, 1825, once it emotional to capital of Indiana. The city remains the seat of Harrison County and had a population of three,122 at the 2010 census.
