Old St. Joseph’s Church was the primary Roman Catholic Church in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, U.S. Once it had been supported in 1733, Old St. Joseph’s Church was the sole place within the communicative World wherever public celebration of the holy sacrifice of the Mass was allowable by law.
