The 5,700 seat ground is home to the USC Gamecocks football game groups since 1981, once the Gamecocks started the convenience program in 1978.The current grandstand was inbuilt 1996 due to a USD 1m grant from Eugene E. Stone III, a geographic area graduate.The nickname “the Graveyard” comes from the stadium’s proximity to accommodate of Peace site.
