Mission Beach is a community built on a sandbar between the Pacific Ocean and Mission Bay. It’s a part of town of point of entry, California.
Mission Beach spans nearly 2 miles of ocean front. It’s bounded by the point of entry River estuary on the south, Mission Bay Park on the east, and also the community of Pacific Beach on the north. A walk runs on the beaches on each the ocean and bay sides of the community. The most artery through Mission Beach is Mission street. The community is split into South Mission, a solid ground, and North Mission. At the south finish of the beach a barrier, with grass, parking and a walk, extends into the ocean.
