It had been designed by Prince Albert C. Martin & Associates, and developed by Hines Interests restricted Partnership. It won the Rose Award for “Outstanding New workplace Building” in 1991. The tower was made from 1988 to 1990 on the location of the previous St. Paul’s Episcopal Cathedral.
