WaterFire is that the victory sculpture by Barnaby Evans bestowed on the rivers of downtown Providence, RI.First created by Evans in 1994 to celebrate the tenth day of remembrance of 1st Night Providence, WaterFire has mature to become associate degree annual public art development.
