Marina town may be a mixed-use residential/commercial structure occupying a whole area on State Street in Chicago, Illinois. It lies on the north bank of the Chicago stream in downtown Chicago, directly across from the Loop district. The complicated consists of 2 high rise corncob-shaped 65-story towers (including five-story elevator and physical plant penthouse), at 587-foot (179 m) tall. It conjointly includes a saddle-shaped area Building, and a mid-rise edifice building, all contained on a raised platform adjacent to the stream. Below the raised platform at stream level may be a tiny dockage for pleasure boat, giving the structures their name.
