The Charles Storz home is situated at 1901 Wirt Street within the Kountze Place neighborhood of North Omaha, Nebraska. The humanities and Crafts vogue house was designed by the Omaha subject area firm of Fisher and Lawrie and inbuilt 1909. In 1983 it had been restored as a historic preservation project involving the NGO for Historic Preservation, Landmarks, Inc., town of Omaha and therefore the client Services Organization. In 1984 it had been selected associate Omaha Landmark.
