Danville may be a city in Center town, Hendricks County, Indiana, us. The population was nine,001 at the 2010 census. The city is that the seat of Hendricks County. The Hendricks County Historical depository is found within the former Sheriff’s Residence and Jail at one hundred seventy South Washington in Danville. The building was erected in 1866 and served because the county jail till 1974. The two-story brick structure, listed on the National Register of Historic Places, is that the solely extant example of the empire type of design within the county.
