St. James the Less Roman church, conjointly called St. James and St. John’s Roman church, may be a historic Roman church situated at Baltimore, Maryland, us. It’s a High Victorian Gothic influenced brick structure with architectural style Revival overtones designed 1865-67. It’s a tall central tower associated featured an ornate interior with marble sculpture and murals. The church is 184 feet long, sixty five feet wide, and also the ceiling is fifty one feet from the ground. The tower, at 256 feet, is that the second tallest tower within the town.
The cross surmounting the steeple, is ten feet tall. There’s a peal of 4 bells within the tower, the most important deliberation 5000 pounds, forged by McShane of Baltimore, in 1885. The tower clock was put in throughout a similar year. The splendid and valuable twenty five foot-high Mayer windows were put in in 1891. The church is associate early work of St. George A.
