The Epic Center could be a high-rise building set at 301 N. Main St. In Wichita, Kansas. At 325 feet, it’s the tallest building within the town of Wichita, and also the entire state of Kansas (One Kansas town Place is in Missouri). The tallest structure within the state is that the KWCH Tower. Construction of the Epic Center began in 1987. It formally opened for business in 1989. Created as a lure for businesses to the downtown space, the Epic Center helped produce a “big city” condole with Wichita at a time once the economy was unsteady. The building has twenty two stories higher than ground level.
Originally, the plans concerned 2 World Trade Center to be designed, however those plans were scrapped in favor of one tower thanks to the concern that the occupancy level would ne’er reach close to capability.
