Yona may be a village on the East Coast of Guam. The village was traditionally a farming community however nowadays is usually residential. Throughout war II, the japanese forced the endemic Chamorros to march from camps in northern Guam to jail camps within the Manenggon space in Yona shortly before the Americans liberated the island. Japanese tanks within the space close to the Segua stream function reminders of the war.Today, the Leo Palace Resort is found within the Manenggon Hills. The Leo Palace Resort is additionally used for football game.
