Old initial Reformed Church – formally referred to as The Reformed Dutch Church of the city of Breukelen – may be a historic Dutch Reformed church at 126 seventh Avenue on the corner of Carroll Street within the Park Slope neighborhood of borough, New York, New York. The congregation was supported in 1654. The present church was made in 1888-1893[3] and may be a Late Gothic Revival vogue Hoosier State sedimentary rock building on a granite base. It measures one hundred feet wide and 162 feet deep. The front facade options a 212 foot high stone tower and steeple. The church was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1998.
