Oakhurst (formerly Fresno Flats) could be a census-designated place (CDP) in Madera County, California, fourteen miles (23 km) south of the doorway to Yosemite park, within the foothills of the Sierra American state range of mountains. Oakhurst is found on the Fresno watercourse three miles (4.8 km) sou’-sou’-west of Yosemite Forks,at associate degree elevation of 2274 feet (693 m).It is a part of the Madera–Chowchilla Metropolitan applied math space.
