Detail InformationEdit

The Eugene J. Carpenter House, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, may be a house listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Its owner, Eugene J. Carpenter, was associate government of Carpenter Brothers Lumber Company, yet as vice-chairman of the Minneapolis Society of Fine Arts. Before he stirred in, he had the house reworked from the Queen Anne vogue to the Georgian Revival vogue. This was done by removing the garment porches and multi-gabled roof, then by building a symmetrical facade below a dormered roof.
