St. Clair may be a town in St. Clair County within the U.S. State of Michigan. The population was five,802 at the 2000 census. The town is found on the St. Clair stream close to the southeast corner of St. Clair town. Settled on the western banks of the St. Clair stream, the city’s name is taken from the stream, that successively was named for Lake Saint Clair.
