Pike, erst Pike town may be a census-designated place in Sierra County, California, u. S.. Pike is 8.5 miles (13.7 km) west-southwest of Alleghany. The community was named when Pike County, Missouri. The post workplace in Pike opened as Pike town Post workplace in 1877, became Pike Post workplace in 1895, and closed 1954. The population was 134 at the 2010 census. Pike is that the home of writer and director Zach Helm.According to the u. S. Federal agency, the CDP covers a part of four.3 sq. Miles (11.1 km²), all of it land.
