Panguitch could be a town in and therefore the seat of u. S.|United States President|President|Chief Executive} County, Utah, United States. Panguitch was initial settled in March 1864, once Jens Nielsen, a Danish convert to the Mormon religion, crystal rectifier a gaggle of pioneers eastward from Parowan and Beaver to the Sevier stream. Thanks to the area’s high elevation, 6,600 feet higher than water level, the settlers’ initial crops failed to mature and therefore the community suffered severely throughout the primary harsh winter.
