The city of town is that the seat of Comanche County, in the U.S. State of OK. Settled within the southwestern region of OK, some eighty miles (130 km) southwest of state capital, it’s the principal town of the town OK Metropolitan applied mathematics space. Consistent with the 2010 America Census, Lawton’s population was ninety six,867, creating it the fifth largest town within the state. Designed on former reservation lands of Kiowa, Comanche, and Apache Indians, town was based on Transfiguration, 1901, and was named once Major General Henry Ware town, a war ribbon of Honor recipient UN agency was killed in action within the Philippine–American War. Lawton’s landscape is typical of the good Plains with flat topography and gently rolling hills, whereas the world north of town is marked by the Wichita Mountains.
