Cumberland could be a town in Barron County within the U.S. State of Wisconsin. Town is found partly inside the city of Cumberland. Cumberland is thought as “The Island City” as a result of it’s nearly encircled by the waters of Beaver Dam Lake. Cumberland is thought for hosting the “Rutabaga Festival” every year, continuously the weekend preceding national holiday weekend. The pageant options live music, carnival rides, food, a parade, and a spread of alternative events.
