Porterville may be a town within the San Joaquin depression, in Tulare County, California, u. S.. Porterville’s population was fifty four,165 at the 2010 census. The town’s population grew dramatically because the city annexed several properties and unorganised areas in and around Porterville. Not enclosed within the city’s population is East Porterville. The Census found another half dozen,767 residents there, giving the Porterville geographic area a complete of sixty,932 residents. Porterville is taken into account a part of the Census Bureau’s designation of the Visalia-Porterville metropolitan applied mathematics space.
