Meeks Bay (formerly, Meigs Bay, Micks Bay, Associate in Nursingd Murphys) is an unorganised community in El constellation County, California. It lies on lake at the mouth of Meeks Creek, at Associate in Nursing elevation of 6240 feet (1902 m). The place is known as for John Meeks, United Nations agency owned the land. The Meeks brothers baled twenty five plenty of wild fodder within the meadows at the mouth of Meeks Creek in 1862.
